Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the luxury real estate market in Central NJ.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients to identify their property needs and preferences.
  • Conduct property showings and open houses, highlighting unique features and benefits of luxury listings.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve favorable terms for clients while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with mortgage brokers, inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
  • Utilize advanced marketing strategies, including digital campaigns and networking events, to promote luxury properties.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and new listings to provide expert advice to clients.

Qualifications

  • Valid real estate license in the state of New Jersey
  • Proven track record of closing high-value property transactions
  • Strong knowledge of the Freehold and surrounding luxury real estate markets
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Proficient with real estate CRM software and MLS systems
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and strong work ethic
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • High level of professionalism and integrity in all business dealings
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms to promote listings
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service tailored to high-net-worth clients

Compensation

$75,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
