To be successful as a Real Estate Partner, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Active New Mexico Real Estate License - (Can be Reactivated)
• On-site availability for the first 4 weeks, aligned with our training and development sprint
• 1+ year experience in Real Estate or 3+ years of Sales Experience (Multiple Industries Considered)
• Comfort and proficiency with technology platforms, including CRM systems, communication tools, and digital marketing software
• Obsessed with the Client Experience

$65,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
