Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE Launch
  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems on a weekly basis
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of the buyer and seller.
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology.
  • Utilize our proven models, systems, and tools to position luxury properties effectively in the market, targeting qualified and discerning buyers.
  • Stay abreast of the latest market trends, emerging luxury neighborhoods, and property values to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Negotiate skillfully on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and maximizing the value of luxury transactions.
  • Collaborate and network with a select group of luxury real estate professionals, brokers, and industry influencers to expand your reach and provide exceptional service to clients.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all luxury transactions, adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously enhance your skills and knowledge through ongoing coaching, training, and professional development opportunities provided by our company.
  • Embrace a culture of collaboration and support by actively participating in team meetings, sharing insights, and contributing to the collective success of the team.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work alone and in a team environment, as needed.
  • Valid Washington real estate license. (license required to join the team)
  • 1-3+ years’ of sales experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Learning based, growth-minded
  • Organized and Prepared!
  • Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
  • Excellent time management skills

Compensation

$80,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
