• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to showcase luxury properties to high-net-worth clients.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with affluent buyers, sellers, and industry professionals.
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis to accurately price and position luxury listings.
• Coordinate and host exclusive property showings, open houses, and private events.
• Negotiate contracts and offers to achieve optimal terms for clients.
• Collaborate with the Path Home Team to ensure seamless transaction processes from listing to closing.
• Stay informed on luxury market trends and emerging opportunities in the Denver area.

• Proven experience as a Luxury Listing Specialist or similar role in the real estate industry
• In-depth knowledge of the luxury real estate market in Denver and surrounding areas
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with a client-focused approach
• Ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies for high-end properties
• Established network of affluent clients and industry contacts
• Proficiency with real estate CRM software and MLS systems
• Valid real estate license in the state of Colorado
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality

$80,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
