Responsibilities

  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
  • Implement proven luxury lead generation strategies
  • Host exclusive open house events at high-end properties twice monthly
  • Convert high-quality leads into signed listing agreements
  • Consult with sellers on pricing, design, staging, and positioning for the luxury market
  • Market homes with precision—leveraging elevated digital media, print, and private networks
  • Negotiate on behalf of sellers with professionalism, discretion, and skill
  • Maintain detailed tracking and client relationship management through PLACE technology
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

  • Licensed real estate professional
  • 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
  • Polished, articulate, and confident in high-net-worth environments
  • A natural relationship-builder with impeccable communication skills
  • An expert negotiator who brings white-glove service to every transaction
  • Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues 
  • Excellent time management skills

Compensation

$80,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
