As a Listing Specialist at Latitude Living Partners | Powered by PLACE, you’ll collaborate closely with top-performing agents while mastering the systems, scripts, technology, and strategies that drive consistent real estate success. This position is ideal for individuals aiming to evolve into a fully licensed producing agent, building a solid foundation in lead generation, listing management, client relations, and business growth.
Your initial focus will be on seller leads, timely follow-ups, engaging database conversations, hosting open houses, and providing listing support. You’ll develop skills to convert appointments into signed contracts and deliver an outstanding client experience from the initial consultation through closing.

Responsibilities
- Conduct consistent lead generation and lead follow up activities daily
Build relationships, create opportunities, and develop a strong pipeline of future clients - Assist with seller consultations and listing presentations
Learn how to position homes strategically while gaining confidence in seller communication and pricing conversations - Support the listing process from pre listing to closing
Help ensure listings are marketed properly, clients stay informed, and transactions move smoothly - Host open houses and engage with prospective buyers and sellers
Generate new business opportunities while improving communication and conversion skills - Follow up with inbound leads and database contacts using PLACE Technology
Maintain consistent communication and organization while building long term relationships - Participate in weekly coaching, training, script practice, and accountability meetings
Continuously improve sales skills, confidence, and business knowledge through structured development - Learn and implement proven systems, scripts, and marketing strategies
Develop the skills needed to eventually grow into a full producing real estate agent
Qualifications
- Active Florida Real Estate License required or currently pursuing licensure
- Strong desire to grow into a full time producing real estate agent
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Coachable and willing to implement proven systems and feedback
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Comfortable talking with new people and building connections daily
- Organized, accountable, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Team player with a growth mindset and long term career focus
- Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, education, or leadership experience is a plus

Compensation
$60,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
