Achieving mastery in this field requires time—about 10,000 hours. The allure of real estate as depicted on television is far from the day-to-day reality. Thus, our team may not be the best fit for those attracted to the industry for its perceived glamour alone.

We seek driven and committed leaders willing to dedicate 40 hours a week to forge a limitless career in real estate. Our ideal candidates are those passionate about positively impacting lives, showing unwavering care and dedication to clients, irrespective of the property's value. Typically, our agents earn between $100,000 to $150,000 in their first year, with some reaching up to $500,000. Additionally, there are opportunities for revenue sharing, health benefits, growth share, vesting, and investing.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through a designated lever on a weekly basis
  • Host two open houses every month
  • Turn prospecting and lead generation into appointments
  • Engage in weekly script practice according to team standards
  • Take part in team activities as per team standards
  • Commit to a weekly 1:1 coaching session, Hangout, and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert leads into listings, and effectively market homes
  • Showcase proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers

Compensation

$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
