Responsibilities
- Generate leads through a designated lever on a weekly basis
- Host two open houses consistently
- Turn prospecting and lead generation into appointments
- Engage in weekly script practice according to team standards
- Take part in team activities as per team standards
- Commit to a weekly 1:1 coaching session, Morning Power Up, and Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert leads into listings, and effectively market homes
- Showcase proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
Qualifications
FL Real Estate License (REQUIRED)
Sales: 1 year (Required) - 4-10 units sold yearly minimum
Real Estate: 1 year (Required)
Compensation
$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
