On average, our agents earn between $100,000 and $150,000 in their first year, with top achievers earning up to $500,000. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes revenue sharing, health benefits, growth opportunities, vested options, and various investment prospects.

Please Note: This full-time, commission-based position requires a Florida real estate license.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through a designated lever on a weekly basis
  • Host two open houses every month
  • Turn prospecting and lead generation into appointments
  • Engage in weekly script practice according to team standards
  • Take part in team activities as per team standards
  • Commit to a weekly 1:1 coaching session, Hangout, and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert leads into listings, and effectively market homes
  • Showcase proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers

Compensation

$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
