Mastery in this industry demands approximately 10,000 hours of dedicated effort. The glamorous portrayal of real estate on television is often misleading, making our team unsuitable for those solely drawn by the industry's glamorous image.

We are looking for motivated and dedicated leaders who are ready to commit 40 hours per week to build a successful career in real estate. Our ideal candidates are those who are passionate about making a positive impact, consistently demonstrating care and commitment to clients, regardless of the property's value. Typically, our agents earn between $100,000 and $150,000 in their first year, with top performers earning up to $500,000. We also offer additional benefits such as revenue sharing, health benefits, growth share, vesting options, and investment opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through a designated lever on a weekly basis
  • Host two open houses every month
  • Turn prospecting and lead generation into appointments
  • Engage in weekly script practice according to team standards
  • Take part in team activities as per team standards
  • Commit to a weekly 1:1 coaching session, Hangout, and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert leads into listings, and effectively market homes
  • Showcase proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers

Compensation

$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
