On average, first-year agents can expect to earn between $100,000 and $150,000, with top performers reaching up to $500,000. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including revenue sharing, health benefits, growth opportunities, vested options, and investment opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through a designated lever on a weekly basis
  • Host two open houses every month
  • Turn prospecting and lead generation into appointments
  • Engage in weekly script practice according to team standards
  • Take part in team activities as per team standards
  • Commit to a weekly 1:1 coaching session, Hangout, and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert leads into listings, and effectively market homes
  • Showcase proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers

Compensation

$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
