Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE Launch program.
- Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis.
- Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and locate suitable properties.
- Monitor tasks and activities using PLACE Technology.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships, understanding their needs and guiding them through the buying or selling process.
- Leverage our established models, systems, and tools to market properties effectively, ensuring maximum visibility and attracting qualified buyers.
- Keep informed about market trends, property values, and industry regulations to provide clients with accurate and valuable insights.
- Support clients in negotiations, offers, and counteroffers, advocating for their best interests throughout the transaction.
- Work collaboratively with other agents, brokers, and industry professionals to ensure smooth and successful transactions.
- Maintain comprehensive records and documentation of all transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Continuously improve your skills and knowledge through coaching, training, and professional development opportunities offered by our company.
- Actively engage in team meetings, share insights, and contribute to the overall success of the team, embracing our culture of collaboration and support.
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
