Are you a licensed real estate agent passionate about Sonoma County? Do you want to deepen your expertise, cultivate strong client relationships, and excel within a collaborative team environment? We are currently looking for a Showing Agent to provide outstanding service to buyers throughout Santa Rosa, Petaluma, Rohnert Park, Healdsburg, and nearby communities.

As a Showing Agent, you will partner closely with lead agents and buyer clients to coordinate and conduct property showings, manage follow-up communications, and ensure a seamless, positive experience for all parties involved.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Licensed or actively pursuing a California real estate license
  • Familiar with or living in Sonoma County communities
  • Highly organized, personable, and motivated to grow professionally
  • Eager to join a team that values support, success, and a positive work atmosphere

Please note: This position is commission-only.

Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
  • Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
  • Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

Compensation

$50,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
