As a Showing Agent, you will collaborate closely with our lead agents to coordinate and conduct property showings, support client follow-up, and ensure every buyer enjoys a smooth and outstanding home-buying journey throughout Fairfield, Vacaville, Dixon, Benicia, and surrounding areas.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Licensed California real estate agent
  • Familiar with or based in Solano County and its neighborhoods
  • Organized, personable, and eager to develop new skills
  • Motivated to join a team dedicated to your professional growth

Please note: This is a commission-only role.

Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
  • Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
  • Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Compensation

$80,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
