What You’ll Do as a Listing Specialist

• Work pre-qualified seller leads provided by the team—no cold prospecting required
• Deliver expert pricing strategies through detailed Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs)
• Provide clear, consistent communication with sellers from consultation through closing
• Leverage in-house marketing, operations, and transaction coordination so you can focus on listings & negotiations
• Negotiate contracts to protect and promote client interests
• Stay up-to-date on Meridian & Treasure Valley market trends and adjust strategies for maximum results

• Identify and secure new listings through effective prospecting and networking.
• Perform accurate Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) to guide sellers on pricing strategies.
• Maintain regular communication with sellers, ensuring they are informed throughout the process.
• Negotiate contracts and offers to achieve the best possible terms for clients.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless experience for sellers, utilizing our systems and administrative support.
