Responsibilities

  • Build and grow a listing-focused business through consistent lead generation, relationship building, and follow-up activities.
  • Consult with homeowners to understand their goals and provide expert guidance on pricing, preparation, marketing, and negotiation strategies.
  • Convert listing opportunities into signed clients through professional presentations and exceptional service.
  • Develop and execute customized marketing plans designed to maximize exposure and help sellers achieve the best possible outcome.
  • Advise clients on home preparation, staging recommendations, repairs, and improvements that can enhance marketability and value.
  • Host open houses and community events to generate opportunities, build relationships, and increase your local market presence.
  • Negotiate confidently on behalf of sellers while protecting their interests and helping them navigate every step of the transaction.
  • Deliver a world-class client experience through proactive communication, attention to detail, and consistent follow-up.
  • Utilize our technology, systems, and processes to manage your pipeline, client communication, and business growth.
  • Participate in weekly coaching, training, script practice, and team meetings designed to support your development and accountability.
  • Collaborate with team members, transaction coordinators, marketing professionals, and support staff to create a seamless experience for every client.

What You'll Bring

  • Active California Real Estate License
  • Minimum of 3 years of real estate experience preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Compensation

$80,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
