Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-qualified listing appointments and confidently convert prospects
  • Lead pricing and market strategy discussions using CMAs and precise data
  • Set clear expectations with sellers from consultation through closing
  • Negotiate contracts with professionalism and composure
  • Follow proven listing systems rather than creating new ones
  • Stay updated on market trends to protect your clients’ best interests

Compensation

$85,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
