• Conduct listing appointments and pricing consultations
• Develop customized marketing strategies for listings
• Coordinate staging, photography, and launch timelines
• Maintain communication with sellers throughout the process
• Negotiate offers and manage contract timelines
• Host broker opens and open houses
• Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize exposure
• Generate new listing opportunities through prospecting and referrals

• Active Arizona real estate license with 1+ year experience
• Proven listing or sales experience preferred
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple listings at once
• Knowledge of the local market and pricing strategies
• High attention to detail and client service

$120,000 - $160,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
