Responsibilities

  • Serve as a proficient user and mentor for in-house technology and tools
  • Oversee marketing strategies and ensure effective listing syndication
  • Lead and coordinate virtual team members to optimize performance
  • Develop and manage listing marketing materials, including social media content
  • Conduct quality control reviews of all listing marketing assets
  • Design and implement systems to enhance efficiency and save time
  • Liaise with vendors such as sign companies, photographers, and contractors
  • Perform photo editing as required to maintain high visual standards
  • Monitor and manage marketing-related expenses and budget allocations
  • Track and document tasks and activities using PLACE Technology platform

Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented operations specialist with a solid background in marketing strategies
  • Passionate about blending technology into everyday tasks while building genuine client relationships and providing top-notch service
  • Strong organizational skills with a history of delivering results in lively, team-focused environments
  • Skilled in creating and sharing content on social media platforms
  • Consistently upholds high standards for accuracy and quality
  • Enjoys tackling challenges with creative problem-solving approaches
  • Clear and effective communicator, both in writing and speaking
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving office setting
  • Eager to keep learning and growing professionally
  • Experienced with Google Suite tools like Google Drive and Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with Brivity CRM is a big plus
  • Some project management experience is a bonus
  • Having a valid North Carolina Real Estate license is preferred but not required

Compensation

$15.00 - $17.00 USD Hourly
