• Be an expert user and coach of in-house technology and tools
• Manage marketing plans & listing syndication
• Manage virtual team members
• Create or coordinate listing marketing materials
• Review all listing marketing materials for quality control
• Build and implement systems that save time and create efficiencies
• Coordinate with vendors such as sign companies, photographers, contractors
• Edit photos as needed
• Maintain the marketing related expenses/budget
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

You are a detail oriented operations based professional who has a knack for marketing. You are excited about using technology in your day-to-day job functions but also LOVE interacting and serving people.
