• Serve as a proficient user and trainer for internal technology platforms and tools
• Oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies and listing distribution
• Supervise and support virtual team members to ensure smooth operations
• Develop or oversee the creation of listing marketing collateral
• Conduct thorough quality reviews of all marketing materials before release
• Design and implement efficient systems to optimize workflow and save time
• Liaise with external vendors including sign companies, photographers, and contractors
• Perform photo editing to enhance listing presentations as necessary
• Monitor and manage marketing budgets and related expenses
• Record and track all tasks and activities within PLACE Technology
• Coordinate all aspects of listing transactions from initiation through to closing, ensuring compliance and timely completion
• Facilitate communication between clients, agents, and service providers to streamline transaction processes
• Prepare and organize transaction documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness throughout the closing process
