Responsibilities
🧍‍♂️ Who They Are
Our ideal team agent has 1–3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role. While direct real estate experience is a bonus, what matters most is their adaptability and resourcefulness. They're based on the island of Oahu and are open to commuting to our Kapolei office, ready to work in a fast-paced, in-person environment.
They’re already comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, CRMs, Canva, DocuSign, and more—and they’re quick to pick up new systems. Their schedule is flexible and full-time, and they’re ready to take on a wide range of responsibilities including transaction coordination, listing preparation, MLS input, CRM management, email and calendar organization, marketing support, and client communication.
