We are seeking a motivated Listing Agent to join the Diamond Homes Team, where your enthusiasm for real estate and commitment to excellence will be highly valued. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients, helping them navigate the intricate process of buying, selling, and leasing properties. Your expertise and dedication will be essential in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a seamless, satisfying experience for every client.

• Complete the PLACE Agent Launch program with success.
• Consistently utilize PLACE's lead generation tools on a weekly schedule.
• Conduct a minimum of two open houses every month.
• Convert lead generation and prospecting efforts into confirmed appointments.
• Participate in weekly script rehearsals following team protocols.
• Engage actively in all team events and initiatives.
• Attend weekly individual coaching sessions, training workshops, and Partner Calls.
• Offer seller consultations, obtain listings, and promote properties effectively.
• Leverage expertise in pricing, home staging, and other listing-related services.
• Negotiate deals skillfully to achieve the best outcomes for your sellers.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of client communications and activities using PLACE Technology.

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
