This position involves working directly with clients to guide them through the complex journey of buying, selling, and leasing properties. Your knowledge and dedication will play a crucial role in providing outstanding service and achieving high levels of client satisfaction throughout the entire process.

• Successfully complete the PLACE Agent Launch program.
• Implement PLACE's lead generation systems on a weekly basis.
• Host two open houses each month.
• Transform lead generation and prospecting efforts into scheduled appointments.
• Engage in weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines.
• Actively participate in all team-related activities.
• Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training programs, and Partner Calls.
• Provide consultations to sellers, secure listings, and effectively market properties.
• Apply expert knowledge in pricing strategies, home staging, and other listing services.
• Skillfully negotiate deals to favorably represent your sellers.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities using PLACE Technology.

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
