Responsibilities

  • Contact leads daily in the CRM
  • Utilizing Mojo Dialer to Contact Potential Sellers through Circle Prospecting
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to determine competitive pricing and positioning for property listings.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to maximize property exposure across multiple platforms.
  • Coordinate and host property showings, open houses, and client meetings to showcase listings effectively.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable terms and close deals efficiently.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with mortgage brokers, inspectors, and other real estate professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Stay current with local market trends, regulations, and industry best practices to provide expert guidance to clients.

Qualifications

  • Valid real estate license in the state of [State Name]
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a listing agent or in a similar real estate role
  • Proven track record of successfully listing and selling residential properties
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in real estate CRM software and MLS systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple listings simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

  • Familiarity with marketing strategies, including digital and social media platforms
  • Ability to prepare and present listing presentations and market analysis reports
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

Compensation

$65,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
