Responsibilities

  • Successfully finish the PLACE Agent Launch program to build a strong foundation
  • Consistently leverage PLACE lead generation tools on a weekly basis to drive new business
  • Proactively conduct at least two open houses every month to maximize property exposure
  • Convert prospecting and lead activities into confirmed client appointments with persistence
  • Actively participate in weekly team script practice to sharpen communication skills
  • Dedicate time each week to one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls for continuous growth
  • Strategically negotiate offers to secure optimal outcomes for your sellers with determination

Qualifications

  • Highly motivated sales professional with a strong drive to achieve results
  • Skilled at building rapport, identifying client needs, and delivering tailored solutions
  • Proactive and confident in lead generation and prospecting activities
  • Expert at overcoming objections to close deals successfully
  • Clear, persuasive communicator committed to client success
  • Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Possesses a valid real estate license
  • Minimum of 3 years’ proven success in real estate sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Eager to continuously develop skills and embrace growth opportunities
  • Demonstrates exceptional time management and organizational skills

Compensation

$70,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
