  • Consult with sellers to understand their goals and pricing strategy
  • Conduct listing presentations and secure signed agreements
  • Guide clients through the listing, marketing, negotiation, and closing process
  • Collaborate with the team on pricing, staging, marketing, and launch strategy
  • Maintain consistent communication with sellers throughout the transaction
  • Utilize CRM systems and follow-up processes daily
  • Negotiate offers and advocate for client goals
  • Deliver a high-level client experience from consultation to closing

The ideal candidate is:

  • Licensed in NC and/or SC (or actively pursuing licensure)
  • Confident in communication and relationship building

  • Passionate about delivering exceptional client service

Compensation

$75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
