Whether you are an experienced listing agent looking to increase volume or a motivated agent ready to step into more listing opportunities, we provide the structure, operational support, and coaching designed to help you grow.

- Consult with sellers to understand their goals and pricing strategy
- Conduct listing presentations and secure signed agreements
- Guide clients through the listing, marketing, negotiation, and closing process
- Collaborate with the team on pricing, staging, marketing, and launch strategy
- Maintain consistent communication with sellers throughout the transaction
- Utilize CRM systems and follow-up processes daily
- Negotiate offers and advocate for client goals
- Deliver a high-level client experience from consultation to closing

The ideal candidate is:
- Licensed in NC and/or SC (or actively pursuing licensure)
- Confident in communication and relationship building

- Passionate about delivering exceptional client service
Compensation
$75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
