Responsibilities

  • Complete PLACE Agent Launch program
  • Implement PLACE lead generation systems weekly
  • Host two open houses each month
  • Turn prospecting and leads into appointments
  • Engage in weekly script practice as per team standards
  • Join team activities according to team standards
  • Attend weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls
  • Advise sellers, secure listings, and market properties
  • Showcase knowledge in pricing, staging, and listing services
  • Negotiate offers for sellers
  • Record activities and client interactions in PLACE Technology

Qualifications

  • Highly motivated sales expert with a competitive edge
  • Skilled in rapport building, active listening, and solution identification
  • Proficient in prospecting and lead generation
  • Natural at overcoming objections
  • Effective communicator with a service-oriented mindset
  • Collaborative team member
  • Licensed real estate agent
  • Minimum of 3 years in real estate sales
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Eager to learn and grow
  • Well-organized
  • Open to learning scripts and dialogues
  • Exceptional time management skills

Compensation

$50,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
