Responsibilities
- Complete PLACE Agent Launch program
- Implement PLACE lead generation systems weekly
- Host two open houses each month
- Turn prospecting and leads into appointments
- Engage in weekly script practice as per team standards
- Join team activities according to team standards
- Attend weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls
- Advise sellers, secure listings, and market properties
- Showcase knowledge in pricing, staging, and listing services
- Negotiate offers for sellers
- Record activities and client interactions in PLACE Technology
Qualifications
- Highly motivated sales expert with a competitive edge
- Skilled in rapport building, active listening, and solution identification
- Proficient in prospecting and lead generation
- Natural at overcoming objections
- Effective communicator with a service-oriented mindset
- Collaborative team member
- Licensed real estate agent
- Minimum of 3 years in real estate sales
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Eager to learn and grow
- Well-organized
- Open to learning scripts and dialogues
- Exceptional time management skills
Compensation
$50,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
