Note: This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch
  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems daily
  • Conduct two open houses/week
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in daily/weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Friday Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
  • Track activities and clients daily in PLACE Technology platform
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

  • Licensed real estate professional
  • 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Learning based, growth-minded 
  • Organized
  • Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues 
  • Excellent time management skills

Compensation

$250,000 - $750,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
