Responsibilities

  • Conduct weekly client calls to provide feedback on property listings and maintain customer engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with Buyers' Agents to negotiate contracts and facilitate successful property closings.
  • Perform thorough market analysis to determine optimal listing prices and secure the best deals for sellers.
  • Manage MLS listings and marketing efforts, including paperwork, social media, and marketing plans for quick sales.
  • Deliver weekly status reports to clients, ensuring high-quality customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, including PLACE Agent Launch, lead generation systems, and script practice.
  • Actively engage in team activities, coaching sessions, and standard practices to enhance negotiation skills and overall performance.

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others, and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation

$75,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
