Responsibilities
- Graduate from our Agent Launch program and Execute lead generations systems weekly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in script practice and team activities
- Commit to coaching sessions, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
- Track activities and clients using the best Real Estate Technology
Qualifications
- Motivated sales professional with a friendly and competitive spirit
- Skilled at building connections, understanding client needs, and offering the right solutions
- Comfortable and confident when it comes to prospecting and generating leads
- Naturally good at addressing and overcoming objections
- Clear communicator who genuinely cares about delivering excellent service
- Enjoys collaborating and being part of a team
- Holds a valid real estate license
- Brings at least 3 years of experience in real estate sales
- Open to learning new technology and committed to personal growth
- Manages time well and stays on top of tasks
Compensation
$76,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
