Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE Agent Launch program
- Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
- Host a minimum of two open houses each month
- Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
- Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines
- Actively participate in team events and initiatives as required
- Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Advise sellers, secure listings, and promote properties effectively
- Apply expertise in pricing, staging, and other listing-related services
- Represent sellers in offer negotiations
- Maintain accurate records of activities and client information using PLACE Technology
Qualifications
- Self-driven sales expert with a competitive edge
- Skilled at establishing rapport, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions
- Proficient in prospecting and generating leads
- Naturally adept at handling objections
- Effective communicator dedicated to delivering exceptional service
- Collaborative team member
- Valid real estate license
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate sales
- Exceptional written and oral communication abilities
- Committed to continuous learning and personal growth
- Highly organized
- Open to mastering scripts and conversational techniques
- Strong time management capabilities
Compensation
$80,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
