Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the local real estate market to effectively price and position properties for sale.
- Create and implement marketing strategies to promote listings, including online listings, open houses, and print advertisements.
- Coordinate with clients to prepare properties for listing, including advising on necessary repairs, staging, and photography.
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible terms and conditions.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on market conditions, feedback from showings, and progress of the sale.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including inspectors, appraisers, and attorneys, to ensure a smooth transaction process.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.Â

$80,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
