Your Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and client-focused Listing Coordinator with Sales Skills to support a top-performing listing agent on a real estate team. This individual will manage the entire listing process from pre-listing prep to post-sale wrap-up, while also serving as a confident point of contact for sellers, vendors, and potential clients.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-centric environment. If you enjoy supporting others, keeping operations running smoothly, and contributing to the sales process, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Communicate clearly with sellers, keeping them informed and reassured throughout the process
- Manage timelines, deadlines, and all listing documentation from start to finish
- Schedule and coordinate vendors (photographers, stagers, cleaners, contractors)
- Prepare CMA packets, listing presentations, and marketing collateral
- Ensure accuracy and completeness in CRM, MLS, and digital file systems
- Collect and relay showing feedback, manage open house coordination
- Lead follow-up via email, phone, and text on behalf of the listing agent
- Maintain organization across multiple active listings and incoming leads
- Cover for Listing Agent when out of town
Qualifications
In addition to being an administrative assistant to the Listing Agent, you are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit who is excited about potentially becoming a Listing Agent. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

- Licensed real estate professional
- 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Learning based, growth-minded
- Organized
- Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
- Excellent time management skills
- Coachable and flexible.
Compensation
$50,000 - $65,000 USD Yearly
