You’ll guide sellers through every stage of the process: from pricing strategy and pre-market prep to negotiations and closing day. You’ll have the backing of PLACE technology, top-tier training, a full-time transaction team, and a pipeline built to scale. No ceiling. No guesswork. Just a real path to growth and long-term wealth.

Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch
- Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
- Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology

You’re a driven, high-accountability sales pro with a fire to compete and a heart to serve. You don’t wait around for leads — you go get them. You know how to connect with people fast, ask the right questions, and guide them to real solutions. Objections? You see them as opportunities. You communicate clearly, work with purpose, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-first environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Licensed real estate agent (active and in good standing)
- 3+ years of proven success in real estate sales
- Confident communicator — written, spoken, and on camera
- Obsessed with personal growth — you’re coachable and hungry
- Organized and reliable — you do what you say you’ll do
- Committed to mastering scripts, systems, and standards
- Strong time-blocking and time management skills
- A true team player who shows up and plays all in
Compensation
$50,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
