💼 Key Responsibilities & Skills You’ll Develop

🏡 Excel in the Listing Process

  • Confidently conduct listing consultations and secure client commitments
  • Advise sellers on pricing, staging, and market positioning
  • Establish trust and provide expert guidance from consultation through closing

📈 Develop Pricing & Market Strategies

  • Analyze comparable sales, market trends, and absorption rates
  • Strategically position listings to sell quickly and at top value
  • Present data-driven recommendations with assurance

🎯 Execute Marketing & Exposure Plans

  • Collaborate with the team to implement sophisticated marketing campaigns
  • Maximize listing visibility across digital and traditional channels
  • Generate showings, buyer interest, and overall engagement

🤝 Negotiate Effectively

  • Manage offers, structure deals, and negotiate assertively on sellers’ behalf
  • Work alongside top agents to refine your negotiation skills

📞 Consistently Drive Lead Generation

  • Commit at least 10 hours weekly to listings, sphere of influence, and pipeline development
  • Build a sustainable, listing-focused business that grows over time

🧠 Pursue Continuous Training & Skill Building

  • Participate in weekly script rehearsals, team training, and coaching sessions
  • Sharpen your ability to convert leads consistently and effectively

📊 Track Performance & Achieve Results

  • Utilize PLACE technology to monitor your activities and outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch
  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
  • Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation

$65,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
