Responsibilities
- Convert leads generated by the team into confirmed listing appointments.
- Apply our proven strategies to secure appointments from expired listings and FSBOs.
- Counsel sellers on the advantages our team provides to maximize their home's sale price.
- Complete the PLACE Agent Launch program with success.
- Participate actively in team events and adhere to team protocols.
- Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls.
- Demonstrate expertise in pricing, home staging, and other essential listing services.
- Skillfully negotiate offers on behalf of sellers to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and activities using PLACE Technology.
Qualifications
- You possess a natural drive and competitive edge in sales
- Skilled at establishing connections, understanding client needs, and finding solutions
- Excelling in prospecting and generating leads is your forte
- Handling objections is second nature to you
- You are an effective communicator dedicated to providing exceptional service
- Collaborative team member
- Licensed TX real estate license required
- Over 2 years of experience in real estate sales
- Exceptional written and oral communication abilities
- Eager to learn and focused on growth
- Highly organized
- Open to mastering scripts and dialogues
- Outstanding time management capabilities
Compensation
$65,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
