• Actively prospect and generate new listings through networking, cold calling, and marketing strategies
• Conduct thorough market analysis to determine competitive pricing and positioning for properties
• Prepare and present listing presentations to potential sellers, highlighting the benefits of working with the Amy Downs Team
• Coordinate and schedule property showings, open houses, and marketing events to attract qualified buyers
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of sellers to achieve optimal terms and conditions
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout the selling process
• Collaborate with team members, lenders, inspectors, and other real estate professionals to ensure smooth transaction closings
