• Convert leads generated by the team into confirmed listing appointments.
• Apply proven techniques to secure meetings with expired listings and FSBO sellers.
• Counsel sellers on how our team’s services can maximize their home’s market potential.
• Complete the PLACE Agent Launch training program with success.
• Participate actively in team meetings and adhere to established team protocols.
• Commit weekly time to personalized coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls.
• Demonstrate expertise in pricing, home staging, and essential listing services.
• Skillfully negotiate offers to achieve optimal outcomes for sellers.
• Keep detailed records of client interactions and activities using PLACE Technology.

• Demonstrate a strong motivation and competitive spirit in sales
• Proficient in building relationships, identifying client needs, and delivering tailored solutions
• Expertise in lead generation and prospecting activities
• Comfortable and skilled in overcoming objections

$65,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
