Responsibilities
- Transform team-generated leads into confirmed listing consultations.
- Utilize our established methods to obtain appointments from expired listings and FSBOs.
- Advise sellers on the benefits our team offers to enhance their home's market value.
- Successfully complete the PLACE Agent Launch training program.
- Engage actively in team meetings and follow established team guidelines.
- Dedicate time weekly to one-on-one coaching, training, and Partner Calls.
- Exhibit proficiency in pricing strategies, home staging, and key listing services.
- Negotiate offers effectively on behalf of sellers to secure the best possible results.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client communications and activities through PLACE Technology.

- Licensed TX real estate license required
- Over 2 years of experience in real estate sales
- Exceptional written and oral communication abilities
- Eager to learn and focused on growth

- Open to mastering scripts and dialogues
- Outstanding time management capabilities
Compensation
$65,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
