Key responsibilities involve managing property listings, supporting lease documentation, keeping precise records, and delivering top-tier customer service. Responsibilities
- Transform team-generated listing leads into scheduled appointments.
- Implement our established method to turn expired listings and FSBOs into appointments.
- Advise sellers on the benefits our team offers to achieve the highest sale price for their home.
- Successfully complete the PLACE Agent Launch program.
- Engage in team activities in accordance with team standards.
- Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls.
- Exhibit proficiency in pricing strategies, home staging, and other listing-related services.
- Negotiate offers effectively on behalf of your sellers.
- Maintain records of activities and client interactions using PLACE Technology.

Compensation
$65,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
