We seek a motivated, detail-oriented licensed agent to manage property listings, support leasing processes, and build enduring client relationships. Responsibilities
- Transform team-generated leads into confirmed listing consultations.
- Utilize our established methods to obtain appointments from expired listings and FSBOs.
- Advise sellers on the benefits our team offers to enhance their home's market value.
- Successfully complete the PLACE Agent Launch training program.
- Engage actively in team meetings and follow established team guidelines.
- Participate consistently in weekly individual coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls.
- Exhibit proficiency in pricing strategies, home staging, and other critical listing services.
- Negotiate offers on sellers’ behalf to secure the best possible results.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client communications and activities through PLACE Technology.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate a strong motivation and competitive spirit in sales
- Proficient in building relationships, identifying client needs, and delivering tailored solutions
- Expertise in lead generation and prospecting activities
- Comfortable and skilled in overcoming objections
- Communicate effectively with a commitment to outstanding client service
- Cooperative and supportive team player
- Must hold a valid TX real estate license
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Driven to learn continuously and focused on professional development
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Willingness to learn and utilize scripts and dialogues
- Exceptional ability to manage time efficiently
Compensation
$65,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
