Listing Agent

The W Real Estate Group is looking for a driven, organized Listing Agent to join our team in Wake Forest, USA. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate property listings, maximize their market visibility, and help guide each transaction efficiently from initial preparation through closing.

The successful candidate will bring strong communication and organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine passion for real estate. Join us at 620-600 Dr Calvin Jones Hwy and help deliver an outstanding experience for every client.

• Master in-house technology and tools for listings
• Bring in listing opportunities for the team
• Master the listing presentation and teach the presentation to team members

You are a detail-oriented operations-based professional who has a knack for marketing listings. You are excited about using technology in your day-to-day job functions but also LOVE interacting and serving people. Your organization is second to none and you can execute while having fun with a thriving team.

• Must have North Carolina Real Estate License
• Creative problem-solving
• Communicate clearly and efficiently with others
• Ability to work in a team/busy office setting
• Desire to learn and grow continually
• Have knowledge of Google Suite of Products (i.e. Google Drive/Google Sheets/Google

$80,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
