We are seeking a driven and strategic Real Estate Listing Specialist to lead our seller representation initiatives across the Chicagoland area. In this key role, you will act as a trusted consultant to homeowners, expertly guiding them through the sale of their most valuable asset. Your responsibilities will include delivering persuasive Listing Presentations, crafting and executing effective marketing campaigns through MRED/ConnectMLS, and negotiating contracts to secure the best possible sale results. Key Responsibilities
- Seller Consultation: Conduct professional listing presentations that highlight our unique value proposition, assist sellers in developing pricing strategies, and create comprehensive "go-to-market" plans.
- Strategic Marketing: Oversee all listing preparation activities, including coordinating professional photography, virtual staging, and launching targeted digital marketing campaigns to enhance property exposure.
- Market Analysis: Perform detailed Comparative Market Analyses (CMA) to set competitive listing prices aligned with current market trends and absorption rates in the Chicago region.
- Negotiation & Closing: Represent sellers during offer negotiations, inspections, and attorney reviews to protect their interests and ensure smooth transaction closings.
- Lead Generation: Proactively generate new seller leads through networking, pursuing expired listings, and leveraging personal and professional connections to maintain a consistent inventory pipeline.
Qualifications
- Active Illinois Real Estate Broker License (required).
- Proven success in real estate sales, particularly in seller representation.
- In-depth knowledge of Chicagoland neighborhoods and local housing market conditions.
- Strong presentation abilities, capable of clearly explaining complex information such as CMAs to clients.
- Skilled in MRED, social media marketing tools, and transaction management platforms.
Responsibilities
- Market and stage properties for optimal presentation and increased buyer interest.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to determine competitive listing prices.
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers to achieve the best possible terms for clients.
- Coordinate and oversee property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
- Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, including contracts and disclosures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire sales process.
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License in the state of Illinois
- Proven experience as a Listing Agent or similar role in real estate
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and neighborhoods
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in real estate software and MLS systems
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Customer-focused approach with a high level of professionalism
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Compensation
$70,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
