Responsibilities

  • Lead listing consultations and guide sellers through pricing, timing, and strategy
  • Convert listing opportunities through clear, confident communication
  • Execute pre-listing preparation plans (pricing, staging, positioning)
  • Convert online buyer inquiries (including Zillow Preferred opportunities) into active clients, identifying potential seller opportunities and pipeline growth
  • Collaborate with in-house marketing to ensure strong listing presentation
  • Manage seller expectations throughout the listing and negotiation process
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers to maximize outcomes
  • Execute consistent lead generation to maintain a listing pipeline
  • Host and leverage open houses strategically (minimum 4 per month)
  • Track all client activity and pipeline within PLACE Technology
  • Participate in weekly coaching, trainings, and script practice
  • Continuously refine skills in pricing strategy, objection handling, and seller communication

Qualifications

You’ve likely had success in real estate, but you know listings require a different level of skill.

Compensation

$70,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
