The Amanda Ponce Real Estate Team is seeking a driven and skilled Listing Agent to become an integral part of our expanding team! In this role, you will expertly assist homeowners throughout the entire listing and sales journey — from accurately pricing their homes and marketing the properties to negotiating offers and facilitating seamless closings.

Collaborating closely with our energetic support staff, marketing experts, and transaction coordinators, you will deliver exceptional service and achieve remarkable outcomes for every client. We are looking for a committed, professional individual who is passionate about helping clients reach their real estate objectives.

This position presents an excellent opportunity to capitalize on our strong brand presence, proven systems, and high-quality leads to cultivate a successful real estate career within a focused, achievement-driven team.

Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch
  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
  • Conduct minimum of two open houses weekly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in daily script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
  • Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

  • Licensed real estate professional
  • 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Learning based, growth-minded 
  • Organized
  • Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues 
  • Excellent time management skills

Compensation

$13,000 - $25,000 USD Yearly
