The Amanda Ponce Real Estate Team is looking for a motivated and talented Listing Agent to join our growing team! In this position, you will expertly assist homeowners throughout the entire listing and selling process — from setting the right price and promoting their properties to negotiating offers and closing deals efficiently.

You will work closely with our dynamic support staff, marketing specialists, and transaction coordinators to ensure exceptional service and results for every client. We seek a driven, professional individual who is dedicated to helping clients achieve their real estate goals.

Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch
  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
  • Conduct minimum of two open houses weekly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in daily script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
  • Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

  • Licensed real estate professional
  • 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Learning based, growth-minded 
  • Organized
  • Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues 
  • Excellent time management skills

Compensation

$13,000 - $25,000 USD Yearly
