• Successfully complete PLACE Launch program.
• Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding suitable homes.
• Deliver precise, written feedback to help refine clients’ home search criteria.
• Draft and negotiate offers under the direction of the sales agent for clients.
• Dedicate at least 10 hours per week to lead generation activities.
• Engage in weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines.
• Take part in team events and activities according to team standards.
• Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls.
• Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology.

• Thrives in social interactions and excels in building and sustaining professional relationships

• Comfortable with extensive driving
• Skilled in assessing client requirements and aligning them with suitable properties
