Community Partner Group, in partnership with PLACE and Real Broker, is seeking a Licensed Showing Assistant to join our dynamic real estate team serving the Hampton Roads area. This role is perfect for newer agents eager to gain practical experience, sharpen their communication skills, and accelerate their career growth—all while earning a competitive salary.
In this position, you will primarily be responsible for conducting property showings, building strong client relationships, and assisting lead agents. You will also receive ongoing coaching and training designed to prepare you for a full agent role within 6 to 12 months.
Responsibilities
- Show homes to buyers and provide detailed property feedback
- Coordinate and schedule home tours with clients and listing agents
- Attend inspections, walk-throughs, and appointments on behalf of lead agents
- Help manage and nurture buyer leads using our CRM (Brivity)
- Communicate professionally and promptly with clients and teammates
- Learn and follow team scripts, processes, and service standards
- Support lead agents in client care and transaction coordination
- Be visible, dependable, and a trusted face of the Community Partner Group brand
Qualifications
- Active Virginia Real Estate License (required)
- Full-time availability (this is not a part-time or side gig role)
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, client-first attitude
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
- Growth mindset—hungry to learn and improve
- Tech-savvy and able to manage appointments and CRM tasks
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Able to work evenings and weekends as needed for showings
Compensation
$75,000 - $130,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
