Community Partner Group, powered by PLACE and Real Broker, is hiring a Licensed Showing Assistant in the Hampton Roads area to support our high-performing real estate team. This is an ideal role for a newer agent looking to gain hands-on experience, master scripts, and build momentum—all while earning as you learn.
You'll focus on showing properties, nurturing clients, and supporting lead agents—while being coached and trained to step into a full agent role within 6–12 months.
Responsibilities
- Show homes to buyers and provide detailed property feedback
- Coordinate and schedule home tours with clients and listing agents
- Attend inspections, walk-throughs, and appointments on behalf of lead agents
- Help manage and nurture buyer leads using our CRM (Brivity)
- Communicate professionally and promptly with clients and teammates
- Learn and follow team scripts, processes, and service standards
- Support lead agents in client care and transaction coordination
- Be visible, dependable, and a trusted face of the Community Partner Group brand
Qualifications
- Active Virginia Real Estate License (required)
- Full-time availability (this is not a part-time or side gig role)
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, client-first attitude
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
- Growth mindset—hungry to learn and improve
- Tech-savvy and able to manage appointments and CRM tasks
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Able to work evenings and weekends as needed for showings
Compensation
$75,000 - $130,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
