Job Summary

As a Licensed Showing Agent with Latitude Living Partners | Powered by PLACE, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while building a strong foundation for your real estate career.

This position is ideal for a licensed agent who is energized by working with people, enjoys being in the field, and is ready to grow within a structured, high-performance environment. You’ll work closely with experienced agents, guide buyers through showings, and help move clients toward confident purchase decisions.

You’ll be surrounded by top-performing professionals, proven systems, and hands-on coaching—all designed to help you grow into a high-producing agent.

Compensation: Commission Only

• Show homes to prospective buyers
  Provide an exceptional in-person experience that helps clients connect emotionally and practically with the right property
• Work closely with lead agents and team members
  Support active clients and ensure a seamless, professional showing process
• Gather and communicate detailed client feedback
  Help refine search criteria and improve the home-buying strategy
• Identify client needs and match them with appropriate homes
  Develop strong consultative skills that lead to successful transactions
• Assist in writing and negotiating offers (as you grow in the role)
  Build the skills necessary to transition into full buyer representation
• Lead generate and follow up consistently (minimum 10 hours/week)
  Develop the habits required to build a sustainable real estate business
• Attend weekly coaching, training, and script practice
  Strengthen skills, increase confidence, and accelerate growth
• Track activities and client interactions using team systems
  Ensure organization, accountability, and measurable progress

• Active Florida Real Estate License (required)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive, professional, and client-focused attitude
• Highly coachable and growth-minded
• Ability to spend significant time driving and meeting clients
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Desire to build a long-term career in real estate
• Self-motivated with a commitment to consistent activity
