• Consult with clients and prospective clients to understand their real estate needs.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process
• Study the market conditions to ensure each client has a strategic plan that ensures their goals are realized
• Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings at the Strategic Partners Team
• Negotiate win-win contracts

• Valid real estate salesperson license in the state of New York
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in residential or commercial real estate sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Self-motivated with a strong and disciplined work ethic
• Growth minded
• Team player
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
