Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process
  • Conduct market research to identify property values, market trends, and competitive listings
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and repeat business
  • Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings to facilitate successful sales
  • Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with legal and company standards
  • Collaborate with mortgage brokers, inspectors, and other real estate professionals to ensure smooth transactions
  • Stay up-to-date with local real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices to provide accurate advice to clients

Qualifications

  • Valid real estate salesperson license in the state of New York
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in residential real estate sales preferred
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with real estate CRM software and social media platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Commitment to providing exceptional client service and maintaining professional ethics
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Compensation

$50,000 - $90,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
