Rutledge Property Group is on the lookout for 4 licensed Realtors to join our team by the end of 2024. We have an abundance of leads that our current team cannot fully manage. Our exceptional training program is designed to elevate you to top producer status. With our cutting-edge technology and tools, your success is within reach—all you need to do is show up. Moreover, we have established connections with industry luminaries such as Grant & Elena Cardone, Tarek El Moussa from HGTV, Ben Kinney, Chris Suarez, and more!
Responsibilities
- Show up. We meet Monday-Friday at 9am
- Commit. Set goals and achieve them.
- Make Calls. Call prospective clients, your family and friends.
- Track Your Activities. Our CRM does this for you.
- Be Accountable.
- Have fun!
Qualifications
- Team player
- Licensed real estate professional
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Learning based, growth-minded
- Organized
- Excellent time management skills
Compensation
$50,000 - $250,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
