• Prospect daily through calls, texts, emails, and events to generate new business
• Convert leads from your personal database and sphere of influence into active clients
• Respond promptly to warm leads from Zillow Flex, Google, and team sources
• Host strategic open houses to meet potential buyers and build your pipeline
• Conduct buyer and seller consultations, showings, and listing appointments
• Write and negotiate offers, contracts, and listing agreements
• Use Follow Up Boss (FUB) to manage your pipeline, tasks, and communication
• Leverage full admin, marketing, and transaction support to stay focused on sales

• Active real estate license (or in the process of obtaining one)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-driven
• Comfortable prospecting and following a proven system

$75,000 - $110,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
